Son Nguyen

Son’s Pilates and yoga expertise is complemented by her experience as a chiropractor. Her classes are designed to encourage functional movements for life. Son’s teaching style varies from power yoga flow with dynamic movements to slow chill vibe yin, and everything in between. Her favourites are vinyasa and yin. Son also teaches Pilates and her style is contemporary Stott method. She varies her music to fit the flow of the class she is instructing and is a big fan of 80’s pop. Son enjoys some form of yoga movement everyday – whether it is a full studio class or just ten minutes before bed at home. An avid distance runner, Son also enjoys other various outdoor activities such as
hiking, mountain biking, or paddleboarding.
