Move Without Injury

Our classes are designed to strengthen, mobilize and challenge the body and mind.  We are passionate about moving the body efficiently through all ranges of motion, properly activating the deep core muscles, and offering functional sequences that strengthen and protect at the same time.  Our instructors are experienced in their field and provide modifications and options to cater to different fitness needs and levels.  Barrehouse classes are also designed around music that will both pump you up and calm you down.

Barre Sweat

This high energy, low-impact class is our dance-conditioning inspired workout that blends Pilates, Yoga, strength training and dance-conditioning into the perfect mix of tone and sweat. Utilizing small props and the wall-mounted barre, get moving, sweating and feeling good without the injuries. No prior dance experience necessary.

Barre sculpt

This class is developed to strengthen, coordinate, balance and restore better movement mechanics throughout the entire body. Utilizing small props and the wall-mounted barre, sculpt to the beat of the music that blends Pilates, Yoga, and strength training all into one dynamic, low-impact workout. No prior dance experience necessary.

YOGA Classes

Yoga FLOW

Release tension and stress held in the body with this slower paced, gentle guided practice.  The perfect class when you need a little more chill in your life.

Yoga STRONG

Guided sequences focusing on bringing breath and openness to areas of the body that hold tightness, all while building strength, balance, and coordination. 

Yin Yoga

Give yourself the opportunity to turn inwards and connect to both your mind and the physical sensations of your body, opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. This class is our slower-paced and meditative practice, helping to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
