Matt Loiselle

A former competitive distance runner, Matt has traded his running shoes for cycling shoes.  After graduating from Central Michigan University, which he attended on a track scholarship and qualified for the NCAA Division One Championships four times (cross country, steeplechase), Matt immediately moved to Toronto to train and compete with the Brooks Canada Marathon Project.  Matt has represented Canada three times internationally and has personal bests of 14:01 (5km), 29:12 (10km), 1:03:47 (half marathon) and 2:15:59 (marathon).

Matt combines his extensive cardio/interval-based training background with carefully cured playlists to produce fun, engaging, and challenging classes.  He hopes to encourage every rider and help them gain confidence, strength, and stamina by guiding them to test their limits.

Matt is also a CPA and is the Controller for a local construction company.
