Lisa Roland

Since 2008, Lisa has been sharing her passion for yoga as a dedicated instructor.   Her teaching style emphasizes proper alignment and biomechanics, helping students cultivate awareness of their bodies and move with both strength and grace. While Hatha yoga is her favorite style to teach for its balance and mindfulness, she also enjoys practicing and incorporating elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa to keep her personal practice dynamic and inspiring. In addition to teaching yoga, Lisa has been a registered massage therapist since 2012, which deepens her understanding of anatomy and movement, allowing her to bring a therapeutic and informed approach to every class.

Outside the studio, Lisa finds joy in spending time with her family and my dog, Theodore. She loves getting outdoors for bike rides and walks, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and staying active through Pilates and, of course, yoga. Lisa’s personal and professional lives both reflect her belief in balance, movement, and mindful living.
