Lisa Codina

Lisa believes that everyone has the innate ability to breathe and flow according to their personal physical and emotional needs, and thus considers herself a guide rather than a teacher. She often integrates the foundations wisdom of Ayurveda into her guidance and flows. When Lisa creates flows, her intention is to inspire every level of practitioner to feel empowered and at ease in their own body and mind so that they can get the most out of their practice and take their experience with them off the mat and into their daily life. Lisa has been practicing yoga consistently for over eighteen years and has integrated other forms of exercise into her fitness journey such as TRX, small group training, weight training, and Crossfit. Her one constant though has always been yoga because it works out both her body and mind. She enjoys all styles of music, depending on the class, the day, or the mood!
