Our classes are designed to strengthen, mobilize and challenge the body and mind. We are passionate about moving the body efficiently through all ranges of motion, properly activating the deep core muscles, and offering functional sequences that strengthen and protect at the same time. Our instructors are experienced in their field and provide modifications and options to cater to different fitness needs and levels. Barrehouse classes are also designed around music that will both pump you up and calm you down.

Barre sculpt
This class is developed to strengthen, coordinate, balance and restore better movement mechanics throughout the entire body. Utilizing small props and the wall-mounted barre, sculpt to the beat of the music that blends Pilates, Yoga, and strength training all into one dynamic, low-impact workout. No prior dance experience necessary.
YOGA Classes
Yin Yoga
Give yourself the opportunity to turn inwards and connect to both your mind and the physical sensations of your body, opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. This class is our slower-paced and meditative practice, helping to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
Yoga STRONG
Guided sequences focusing on bringing breath and openness to areas of the body that hold tightness, all while building strength, balance, and coordination.
Pilates Classes
Pilates Precision
Exercises that focus on stability and mobility, challenging your core with strength building sequences that improve postural alignment and flexibility.
Pilates Remix
Experience the reformer, without the machine. This mat-based class captures the precision, control, and flow of reformer Pilates, using small equipment like resistance bands, gliders, stability balls and our tether loops to recreate that same dynamic resistance and full-body challenge. Build strength, improve stability, and move with intention in this modern take on classic Pilates. In this class, you don’t need a machine, you create the machine.
Ride Classes
HIIT Ride
This class blends powerful intervals and endurance training to build strength, endurance, and confidence. Music plays a big role in this class to help push you through and find focus and pace. Using our Stages SC3 bikes, you’ll have the option to see your power, RPMs, pace, and other data on the performance console.
Rhythm Ride
This music-driven class moves strictly to the beat – it’s all about flow, energy, and connection to the rhythm. Our choreography is intentional – every movement has purpose. This class is designed to enhance your deep core connection, improve alignment, and create an energizing, immersive experience.
